Cancellation & Refund Policy Last updated: February 10, 2025 1. Cancellation: •Customers can cancel the order only if the product has not been dispatched. •Once the product is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted. •The refund for cancelled orders will be processed through the original payment method. 2. Returns & Replacements: •Returns or replacements must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. •Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. (A) Customers can request replacement only in the following cases: •Product received is damaged during delivery •Product is mismatched •Product is defective (B) If the requested replacement product is not available with Techbag Enterprise, then the customer can apply for a refund. (C) Refunds will only be processed in cases where: •Product was damaged during delivery •Product was mismatched •Product is defective 3.
