Shipping Timeline • All orders are processed and shipped within 0 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). • In case of high order volume, there might be a slight delay — we will notify you via email if that happens. • Delivery time depends on your location and courier service performance. 3. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If you believe you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.  4. Undeliverable Orders Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined by us. 5. If the courier tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact your local courier office or local authorities. 6.
