1. Cancellation:
• Customers can cancel the order only if the product has not been dispatched.
• Once the product is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
• The refund for cancelled orders will be processed through the original payment method.
2. Returns & Replacements:
• Returns or replacements must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Customers can request replacement only in the following cases:
o Product received is damaged during delivery
o Product is mismatched
o Product is defective
• If the requested replacement product is not available with Techbag Enterprise, then the customer can apply for a refund.
• Refunds will only be processed in cases where:
