1. Warranty Coverage
* All Techbag Enterprise products are covered under a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
* This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage conditions.
* If verified as defective, the product will be replaced (subject to stock availability).
2. Warranty Claim Process
Customers can claim warranty through our authorized service center only:

Steps for claim:
1. Contact us at 📧 techbagenterprise@gmail.com or 📞 8866559409 with your invoice/order ID.
2. Send a clear video or photo proof of the defect for initial verification.
3. After confirmation, customer must either:
Visit our service center in person, or
Send the product to our service center via courier (charges paid by customer).
3. Shipping & Charges
* If the product is not defective, return shipping back to the customer will be paid by the customer.
* If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Techbag Enterprise will:
Provide a replacement free of cost (subject to stock availability).
Cover the shipping charges for sending the replacement to the customer’s address.
4. Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)
This warranty does not cover:
* Physical, accidental, or water damage after delivery.
* Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic issues.
* Issues caused by misuse, mishandling, or use of incompatible accessories.
* Unauthorized repairs or tampering with the product.
5. Limitation of Liability
* Techbag Enterprise’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (if replacement unavailable).
* Maximum claim value cannot exceed the original purchase price of the product.
